An exciting opportunity has become available for a highly motivated individual to join our busy Operations department. About the role:
Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the Operations Support will be a key member of the Operations team and assist our Franchisees and Store Managers in driving growth of their business by providing specialised and targeted support around the Zarraffa’s business model.
Key Duties:
- Work with Franchisee’s, Area Managers and Store Managers on increasing their stores operating profit
- Provide instore training and support to Franchisee’s, Area Managers and Store Managers
- Assist in managing the process of opening new stores and store resales
- Assist with the rollout of company projects and promotions
- Role model excellent customer service
- Execute action plans for stores as directed by the operations supervisor
Our ideal candidate:
- Experience managing a Café or have similar QSR Operational experience
- Works well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Great interpersonal skills and able to build relationships
- Able to travel regularly for store visits and store openings, including interstate travel. This can be for periods up to 4 weeks at a time.
- Computer literacy including Microsoft 365
