About the opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Support Coordinator to join our team. As the Operations Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating activities aligned with business priorities and implementing operational plans to support the day-to-day activities across our portfolio of villages. Your role will contribute to the delivery of exceptional resident experiences and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
Key activities:
- Support and assist the Retirment Living Management team in optimizing village performance and achieving operational excellence.
- Support implementation of policies, strategies, and plans to maintain resident satisfaction and compliance with Accreditation standards.
- Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to the villages.
- Provide high level administrative assistance to Executive General Manager Retirement Living and Operations Managers to ensure strong business performance outcomes are met.
- Support sales and marketing strategies and ensure a positive customer experience is achieved

- Experience in an administrative role.
- Demonstrated empathy and ability to relate to older people.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills – written and verbal.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritisation skills.
- A team player with a positive can-do attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge and experience in retirement villages (desirable).
- Certificate IV in Business Administration or possess the equivalent knowledge, skills and experience (desirable).
