The position is responsible for a diverse range of functions to ensure the delivery of workflow efficiencies that offer benefits and add value to patient result delivery across NSW Health Pathology-North within budgetary parameters.

- Proficient in the use of the Microsoft suite, HRIS systems (StaffLink); Recruitment data systems, Procurement systems and proficiency in the use of laboratory information systems including the ability to use, interpret and develop laboratory data analytics and statistics.
- Proven time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and respond to changing priorities and demands in a multidisciplinary work environment with an attention to detail.
- Current NSW Driver's License and a capacity to travel as required.

All recruits must agree to comply with the requirements outlined in this policy. All recruits must provide evidence against specified diseases and comply with the requirements of this policy at their own cost prior to appointment.
All NSW Health workers are required to have two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine, as defined by NSW Health. Employees working in a clinical area or are required to attend clinical areas are considered category A. Category A positions are required to provide evidence of having received three doses of COVID-19 vaccine in accordance with the Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation (TGA) and meet the requirements of the . You will be required to provide a record of your COVID-19 vaccination status if successful.
Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate. Booster doses are highly recommended for all health care workers who have completed the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations.
