Key Responsibilities:- Support major donor correspondence, including mailers, newsletters, and campaigns, with experience in Canva and PowerPoint.
- Assist with event planning and maintaining donor relationships.
- Answer phones, manage admin emails, and maintain DPO data records accurately.
- Make outbound calls as necessary and have a proficient knowledge of Fundraise Up, PayPal, Shopify, and Stripe.
- Process donations, reconcile donations against processing, and manage donation platforms efficiently.
- Generate various reports, mailing lists, and support payment reports for finance management.
- Knowledge of HubSpot for processing and other specific operational requirements.
- Enter new website newsletter subscribers to Mailjet
- Add Fundraise Up new newsletter subscribers to Mailjet
- Write blog posts & add to the website, taking content from our Global Branding Team
- Create monthly 'Latest News' EDM from Global Branding content (fortnightly Scoop), using a provided template.
- Convert 'Latest News' EDM into a Word document.
- Proven experience in donor services or a similar role, with strong administrative and coordination skills.
- Experience with DPO and HubSpot is highly advantageous.
- Be a team player, willing to assist others at short notice, and support all team areas.
- Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, DPO, HubSpot, Fundraise Up, PayPal, Shopify, and Stripe.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with donors and team members.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Commitment to the organisation's mission and values, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
Required Skills:
Administrative and Coordination Skills: Strong ability to manage schedules, handle correspondence, maintain records, and ensure the smooth operation of various administrative processes.
Proficiency in Specific Software Tools:
- Canva and PowerPoint: For creating visual content and presentations for donor communications, newsletters, and campaigns.
- DPO (Donation Processing Office) and HubSpot: For managing donor information, processing donations, and handling other operational tasks.
- Fundraise Up, PayPal, Shopify, and Stripe: For processing donations, managing e-commerce functions, and handling financial transactions.
- Mailjet: For managing newsletter subscriptions and email communications.
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to engage effectively with donors, team members, and external partners. This includes writing skills for blog posts, email marketing, and donor correspondence, as well as verbal skills for handling phone calls and personal interactions.
Organisational Skills: Strong capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently, including event planning, maintaining donor relationships, and managing data records.
