Are you passionate about protecting the customer and preventing fraud and financial crime? As part of ANZx, we've developed a Join operations function, focused on onboarding, access and profile management and data sharing into a unique, data driven function centred around the customer.
Working in a fast-paced environment, alongside the teams responsible for developing end-to-end customer journeys you will be supporting, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving transparency, leadership and continuous improvement to a world-class Operations Team. Your mission is to help provide our customers with great, cost-effective service with high levels of automation and data quality.
This is not your average operations leadership role. It will require a level of strategic thinking, disciplined operational process/control design & operation and a strong desire to keep our customers and communities safe.
What could your day look like?
- Individual people management, leadership and coaching
- Continuously monitoring performance against SLAs, customer service and quality targets
- Volume forecasting, rostering and quality management
- Manage escalated concerns and collaborate with the business to investigate and deliver solutions
- Supporting initiatives to drive team continuous improvement, automation and engagement
- Using data and people driven inputs to help achieve business results to ensure we always have strong confidence in our capability leading to outcome focused results
- Providing transparency and communicating overall performance of the function and proactively sharing insights for ongoing improvement
- Working to ensure ongoing adherence to relevant obligations and policies.
- Demonstrated customer service and operational leadership experience
- Experience within the financial services industry; with a preference for time spent in Financial Crime, Fraud or Risk Operations
- Proven track record in operations transparency, measuring what matters and quality management
- Digitally curious, technically minded and automation focused
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- A problem-solving mindset
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
The business operates 24 hours a day 7 days a week. You may be required to be flexible to work rostered shifts throughout the period.
The business is required to operate on public holidays. As such, you will be expected to be available to work on at least some public holidays during the year. Your manager will notify you of the public holidays that you are most likely needed to work.
