Manages the assessment, negotiated settlement, conciliation and investigation of complex health, disability services and mental health complaints using legislative frameworks and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) practices.
Our Office has recently implemented the Code of Conduct for certain health care workers in Western Australia. More information on the Code of Conduct can be found on our website in latest news.
We are looking for candidates with demonstrated experience in managing enquiries and complaints in a legislative or policy framework environment, with strong customer service skills and who enjoy working as part of a busy team.
