As the Operations Team Leader, you will play a crucial part in ensuring workflow is managed effectively and provide oversight to the day-to-day operations of the team. We are looking for an innovative candidate who looks to find new ways to streamline processes and implement strategies for the betterment of team productivity. You will have previous experience managing a team, and extensive experience in administration to enable you to keep up with the fast-paced nature of Real Estate.
