You will get the opportunity to work at a brand new state of the art facility at our greenfield site in Swanbank.

Initially this role will be a hybrid doing some project engineering then eventually solely focusing on leading Capital Works projects for our state of the art facility in Swanbank.
- End to end management of capital projects from scope through to completion
- Supporting the implementation of NPD and manufacturing capacity projects requiring engineering input particularly with regards to processing
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and
- Promoting a safety culture and identifying areas to improve safety
- Managing contractors and supplier, ensuring they are meeting their SLA’s
- Providing financial forecasting and ensuring projects are delivered within budget
- Performing design work including researching data and conducting feasibility testing
What’s in your toolkit?
- Experience managing engineering projects from scope to completion
- Ability to management multiple projects and deliver on time and under budget
- Ability to easily build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
- Proven ability to identify risks and mitigate the effect on the project
- Understanding of engineering standards across Australia and NZ
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive attitude and continuous improvement mindset
