YOUR MISSIONTo lead and guide the Fulfilment and
Customer Service team to ensure operational excellence, the achievement of On Time In Full (OTIF) delivery performance and ensure best in class
Customer Service. It is expected that the Fulfilment and
Customer Service Team Lead will combine their high attention to detail and technical skill to ensure all customer’s orders are keyed and delivered OTIF, along with combining strategic and analytical thinking, utilizing their skills to train and develop team members and being hands on as required in key functional tasks.
YOUR TALENT- University degree in business or equivalent preferred
- 2+ years’ experience in Customer Service / Logistics
- Sport, FMCG, Consulting Industry experience
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Advanced SAP skills
- Leadership experience preferred
