The role has a strong focus on identifying tools and operational improvements to enhance customer experience, internal collaboration, and overall efficiency.Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills are required, along with analytical thinking, strategic planning and attention to detail.Applications can be received from Sydney, Melbourne or Auckland locations.About youResponsibilities and Accountabilities:Process Improvement and Standardization
- Alignment of processes across NZ and AU, reviewing procedures and workflows for efficiency
- Reduction of risk and single point of failure, cross-training between Global Delivery Centre and local Order Fulfilment teams
- Ownership of SAP Handbook, general and account specific process documentation
- Handling daily operational activities of Order Fulfilment team, first point of SAP support
- First point of escalation for internal stakeholders and customers
- Ensuring order loading accuracy and meeting of SLA-s
- Reviewing and reducing outstanding DNI (Delivered not Invoiced) and Backlog of orders
- Managing invoicing activity and tracking target orders for the month for completion
- Balancing workloads between team members, updating customer account allocation plan, creating back-up and cover plans
- Monitoring performance against KPI-s
- Overseeing month end activities and JSOX audit requirements
- Regular reporting on invoicing against monthly target
- Motivate, inspire and create positive environment for the team
- Lead by example, demonstrating excellence in customer service and administration
- Display innovation in improving processes and procedures
- Actively contribute towards achievement of team targets
- Minimum 2 years experience within the IT industry, professional services or selling environment
- High level of computer literacy and understanding of IT principles
- Experience with SAP (or similar) is advantageous
- Competent in the use of MS Office, proficient with MS Excel
- Proven experience as a Team Lead with dispersed team members coupled with strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, outstanding organizational and planning skills
- Courteous and professional demeanour, ability to remain calm, find solutions and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills
- Highly accountable, ability to take ownership, achieve targets, eliminate errors and ensure an excellent customer experience
