We are fortunate to be currently seeking a vibrant and passionate Administration/Customer Service Assistant to be an addition to our dynamic team.

About the role

The role is of an Admin nature encompassing Order processing / Courier Booking and Customer Support role is to support our current internal sales team by processing sales invoices, daily booking of couriers, assisting with inbound/outbound calls which services the needs of Ultra Health's existing clients and new clients, respond to new sales inquiries and to support the activities of the external sales team. This entry level position is well suited to individuals with excellent communication and people skills and is one of the best ways for anyone considering an internal or outbound sales role to gain relevant experience. This role has the opportunities to be a stepping stone for bigger and greater roles if our candidate is driven to further grow and excel through our company!

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Process sales orders 
2. Daily booking of couriers for orders going all around Australia
3. First point of contact - receiving inbound customer sales inquiries and provide quotations, product / service information, support and pricing details, promoting the features and benefits of the company’s products / services
4. Provide administrative support 
5. Maintain client databases
6. Actively engage in a culture of business improvement

Skills you’ll need to succeed

1. Excellent organisational and administrative skills
2. Ability to prioritise work
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Attention to detail
5. Good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) 
6. Strong teamwork skills
7. Some understanding of couriers/warehouse

Qualifications & Experience

Sales experience is preferred but not essential.
Experience with couriers and warehouse is preferred but not essential.
Working knowledge of Machship is preferred but not essential.
