WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

We are in search of a young and driven individual to lead our global social media strategy with a focus on planning and execution. You'll plan social schedules a month ahead while remaining adaptable for any reactive content. You'll develop and present comprehensive social media reports to demonstrate the success of our posts, ads, and ROI analysis. You'll need to stay updated on new opportunities in the social media landscape, identifying gaps we can optimise. You'll also oversee the management and distribution of user-generated content (UGC) and our Social Media Toolkit.

You'll play a pivotal role in training new staff on social media best practices, acting as our internal social media advocate.

Collaboration with PR and creative agencies will ensure cohesive content and messaging. You'll manage influencer engagement, grow our influencer database, and represent us as the social media and influencer ambassador at conferences.

Utilising your copywriting and content skills, you'll write engaging blog posts, catalogue descriptions, product descriptions, eDMs, and website content.

Though you'll collaborate with other members of the marketing team, you'll take full ownership of social media delivery. If you're passionate about social media and possess creativity and strategic thinking skills, we WANT you to join our team.

YOU WILL NEED...

• 1+ years' experience within Organic Marketing - MUST have experience in Social Media, PR, and Influencer Marketing (Directly or from liaising with a specialist agency)
• Strong skills and a passion for copywriting and content
• A creative mindset - you will be the brains behind our content calendar
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing strategy - rates, negotiations etc
• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
• The desire to take a brands social presence for the next level
• The ability to analyse and draw conclusions from data

IT'S NICE TO HAVE...

• An understanding or prior experience with affiliate marketing
• Fashion experience
• eCommerce experience
• Industry relevant certifications
• Contacts within PR or with influencers
