Do work that matters:
As a Comms and Change Manager you will lead initiatives impacting thousands of people, giving you the opportunity to use your agile mindset, think creatively and deliver high quality change interventions that are fit for purpose. Working closely with the Product Owner, scrum team, other Change Managers and key stakeholders to understand and manage the comms and change for CTO initiatives.
This key role will manage various critical elements of the delivery of our change programs and responsibilities include:
Lead the effective delivery of the change solution; working cross functionally to ensure the change outcomes are successfully achieved.
Facilitate Change Management activities to deliver a comprehensive Change Management approach; developing fit-for-purpose change solutions that deliver value and maximise change adoption.
Provide change advice to delivery teams; stakeholders and senior leaders; working as a key business partner/advisor.
Conduct detailed change impact assessments that reflect an understanding of the impact of the change on the business and other areas of the Group, associated people risks and how these impacts will be managed.
Design and develop change collateral as required (e.g. presentations, training materials, communications and reference material).
Facilitate change workshops and support the facilitation of end user training or upskilling of subject matter experts as required to enable the required capability/skill transfer for the change.
Transition change into business as usual, using metrics to monitor progress /adoption / sustainability
Develop creative assets for internal channels to support broader campaigns
We’re interested in hearing from people who:
Have Change Management and change delivery experience within banking and financial industry
Have proven experience in delivering change strategies in large and complex environments
Have an agile mindset and familiarity with agile practices
Have a creative approach and the ability to communicate familiar material in new and original ways
