About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Organisational Change Specialist. You will work with key stakeholders across the organisation including project teams, sponsors and senior leaders to develop and execute high quality Impact Assessments, Engagement, Communications and Change Management Plans to ensure the successful delivery of change programs.
Duties include:
- Be accountable for ensuring change activities align to in-scope user requirements, project goals, the future-state way of working, plus organisational strategic values and priorities.
- Consistently demonstrate and promote human-centred practice and behaviours that facilitate an exceptional people experience.
- Provide change coaching and support key stakeholders to facilitate the successful implementation of change initiatives and enhance the maturity across the organisation.
- Take a proactive approach to self-development; including exploring and experimenting with innovative, creative approaches to suit every individual change context.
- Design and implement quality change plans, artefacts and engagement approach that effectively analyse, introduce, and embed the agreed skillsets and mindsets, leveraging the power of maximum collaboration and co-creation to shape your work.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to define business changes they must lead to ensure benefits are realised.
- Facilitate high-impact workshops and group sessions.
- Design and deliver change communications content, information packs and presentations that demonstrate an awareness of change complexity, business context and strategic alignment.
- Lead the development and delivery of high quality, end-to-end communications and engagement strategies and materials to support change plans.
- Work collaboratively with business subject matter experts, ensuring that critical business context and lessons learned are incorporated.
About You
- Ability to ascertain stakeholder audience needs and drivers, and develop relevant change management materials that respectfully inform, motivate and inspire change.
- Ability to lead change impact analysis from current to future state, demonstrating genuine commitment to broad stakeholder involvement and co-design of change approaches that these analyses inform.
- Demonstrate effective facilitation and presentation capabilities to both small and large audiences, tailoring delivery approach and content to fit the target audience.
- The ability to establish and maintain strong, effective working relationships with key business stakeholders – appreciating that they represent enablers of your change approaches.
- Resilient, analytical and optimistic, with an ability to deal with ambiguity and complexity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and engagement, with a demonstrated ability to think strategically.
- Minimum three years’ experience working in an Organisational Change role or complementary discipline such as training, communications, change analyst, supporting or leading the development and execution of change plans within projects and/or program environments.
- Experience working on medium to large projects on Organisational Change activities.
