About the role
Calvary is seeking an Organisational Developmental Consultant on full-time permanent basis who will be responsible responsible for facilitating the development and implementation of strategies to enhance the organisational effectiveness and efficiency of Calvary HealthCare at our Southbank Support Office, VIC.
Your main duties will include:
- Provide expert advice to the National Manager, Organisational Development on issues related to organisational development and change management.
- Assist the National Manager, Organisational Development to plan, design and deliver organisational development programs and initiatives to support the achievement of organisational goals.
- Collaborate with external vendors and consultants to deliver training, coaching, and other organisational development services as needed.
About you
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Organisational Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field, and 3-5 years of experience in an organisational development-related role.
- Strong understanding of organisational development concepts and practices, including change management, leadership development, employee engagement, talent management, and organisational design.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong business acumen, with a good understanding of the healthcare industry and the organisation's overall strategy and objectives.
- Certification in change management, such as Prosci or ADKAR, is desirable.
