Organisational Development Consultant

OD Consultant role, 12-month fixed term contract, salary $120,000 - $130,000 plus super based in Sydney CBD Your new company
This opportunity is with a large complex organisation who is seeking an Organisational Development Consultant to join the team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Working with the OD manager, this role will provide advice to key stakeholders in the OD space to support the achievement of the organisation's strategic goals with a competitive salary of up to $130,000k plus super.
Your new role
Reporting to the OD Manager, you will be responsible for aligning business objectives with people leaders across the business nationally.

Be able to provide high-level organisational leadership, subject matter expertise and on culture, leadership and development

Have experience creating a leadership program and workshop

Provide change coaching, facilitation and support to individuals, teams and services

Demonstrated experience in the design, development, delivery and evaluation of leadership, management and culture change development programs and initiatives.

High level facilitation, presentation, 360-degree feedback debriefing and coaching skills that model a culture of learning.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an OD partner with extensive experience and have the ability to hit the ground running. You will be self-sufficient and have experience working in a fast-paced business. You will enjoy working in a complex and diverse organisation and operating in a supportive manner by coaching staff on HR principles and practices. Previous experience working within the public sector would be advantageous.
