Our client is a large Victorian services organisation undergoing an exciting transformation.
The People & Culture team is dynamic, forward thinking and are a collaborative unit. This OD position is a newly developed role that will focus on the delivery of Organisational Development initiatives encompassing culture, leadership and team development, talent management, and diversity and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, deliver and evaluate Organisational Development initiatives that support agile and hybrid working, fostering high performing teams, talent development and succession planning.
- Employee engagement survey implementation with timely insights-based action planning.
- Promote and embed employee values across functions.
- Enhancing the Performance Planning, Review and Feedback process.
- Drive sustainable diversity and inclusion initiatives and oversee organisational requirements from the Gender Equality Act 2020.
- Learning and development planning with an initial focus on leadership capabilities.
Skills and Experience
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources/Business/Psychology.
- OD or P&C experience with consulting and project management skills.
- Demonstrated experience in effectively improving the employee experience journey across a multi-faceted organisation.
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
