The purpose of this newly created role to bring a whole new approach to:
- Guide staff through Organisational Development initiatives to support the adoption of new skill enhancements.
- Develop strategic, collegiate, and productive relationships within Carers Queensland, to develop the skills and capabilities our employees.
- Applying contemporary concepts in a practical environment.

- Full-Time role with hybrid options with an Attractive Remuneration Package ranging (depending on experience) CSW4.1 - $ 82,334.28 - $88, 589.10 p/a + 11% superannuation + transfer your long service leave via QLEAVE (if applicable).

- Qualifications in Formal Qualifications in Behavioural Science, Psychology, Human Resources or Business min 1-2yrs. However, we are open to superstar postgraduates!
- Extremely high-level communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to build rapport and adapt skills according to the audience or target group involved?
- The ability to navigate across multiple IT systems and platforms: Including Microsoft suite of products.
- Ability to analyse organisational processes, identify improvement opportunities, and develop effective solutions using critical thinking and problem-solving skills!
