Your new role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and suitably experienced person for the role of Organisational Development Officer.
This is a Recruitment Pool for Permanent Full Time appointments. We currently have 1 vacancy for immediate filling.
As a member of Workforce and Organisational Development, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating the planning and delivery of a range of learning, culture and development projects, initiatives, and services to improve business performance.
  • Administering HSS learning and development systems including the learning management system, capability inbox, My Performance, and other systems.
  • Assisting with workforce reporting, collating, and analysing data, preparation of promotional material and reports and ensuring currency and relevance of OD documentation.
