As the Origination and Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic opportunities for Renewable Energy project Origination and Development. Your efforts will directly contribute to our client's mission of revolutionizing the energy landscape.
Key Responsibilities:

• Origination Strategy: Formulate and implement a comprehensive origination strategy, identifying promising opportunities in solar, wind, BESS and other sustainable technologies.
• Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, regulatory changes, and potential risks and opportunities, guiding your decisions and ensuring our client stays ahead of the curve.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with industry partners, governmental bodies, and other key stakeholders to secure permits, financing, and support for project development.
• Project Development: Lead cross-functional teams throughout the full project lifecycle, from conception to execution, ensuring seamless delivery of groundbreaking Renewable Energy Projects.
• Financial Analysis: Utilize your strong financial acumen to conduct robust modeling and analysis, assessing project feasibility, profitability, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of evolving regulations and permits required for project development, ensuring our client remains compliant and adaptive to changing requirements.
• Team Leadership: Inspire and motivate a talented team of professionals, fostering a collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and excellence.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Environmental Sciences, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Candidates must have demonstrated expertise in Renewable Energy project development and a successful history of initiating projects. To be considered, candidates must have prior experience in delivering utility-Scale Renewable projects.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the energy industry, renewable technologies, and market dynamics.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in financial modeling and analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and work collaboratively across departments.
