Our OSHC Coordinator role is located at Thirlmere Public School, OSHClub, this is a permanent fulltime opportunity offering 34 hours per week including 4 non-contact administration hours.
You will work across split shifts to support the service’s operating ours of Monday – Friday, 6:30am – 08:30am (Rise then Shine Program) and 3:00pm – 6:30pm (Stay and Play Program). You can work block shifts during the school holidays too!
About the role
Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.
- Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into!
- Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents
- Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management
- Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration
