We are seeking to appoint a Casual Educator (Children’s Services Employee) at Care for Kids Outside School Hours Care based in New Farm
At Care for Kids Outside School Hours Care we provide before school care, after school care and vacation care to up to 90 children.
We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic educators who are passionate about supporting primary school aged children to grow and develop and is committed to seeing them learn and have fun in a happy and safe environment.
Job Description:
- Work with the children to create fun recreational and educational experiences that support their well-being.
- Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment.
- Work collaboratively within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
- Participate in professional and personal development.
- Promote the service within the local community in accordance with Catholic Early EdCare’s expectations and educational philosophy.
Job Requirements:
- Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment
- Effective workplace communication skills
