This role is a great opportunity for someone with leadership experience in managing multiple sites, and a passion for working with children.
We are looking for an Outside School Hours Care Senior Coordinator to support a small portfolio of services (4-5) across the Sunshine Coast Hinterland region, primarily based at Landsborough.
About the role
You will:
- Ensure quality and compliance in service delivery, and work with your team towards excellent rating and assessment outcomes
- Lead and manage Service Coordinator training, performance, and development
- Minimise risk and manage safety in services
- Support your team to manage rosters to ensure effective utilisation of team members to ensure engagement and retention
- This role also requires you to be a Nominated Supervisor.

Who are we looking for?
We can teach you about the job and JAG, but a few basics you need to have:
- Minimum Diploma qualification in a relevant field (e.g. Diploma in Children’s Services), or have completed minimum 2 years of full time study in a relevant field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working with children in a leadership position
- Current and valid Working with Children Check, or state required check
- Current driver's license is required
