We are one of Australia's most trusted and experienced Insurance Building and Repair providers and we specialise in Insurance Repair and Strata work involving large and technical projects. We have long established relationships with Australia's major Insurance Companies and Loss Adjusters.
We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Client Services Coordinator to join the team in our Gold Coast office. Reporting to the Client Services Manager this role will be responsible for ensuring we meet and exceed the client/s expectations and KPIs during the claim life.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assist with job updates within active jobs- Including active make safe jobs
- Contacting the client/insured after job is allocated
- In collaboration with the construction team, follow up with quotes/variations where required
- Ensure the required certification and documentation is arranged and provided prior to sign off and invoicing
- Ensure updates are accurate and factual and provided in line with the client expectations
- Assist with overall trades coordination and compliance
- Working with our safety team to ensure relevant forms are completed and uploaded to each job
- Accurate preparation of invoices to ensure compliance with contracts and providing breakdowns for invoicing as required
As the ideal applicant you will possess:
- Experience in the insurance/building industry
- Experience in a similar role
- Certificate in Building & Construction or Business Administration
- Highly organised
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to recognise and resolve problems
- Good attention to detail
