OT Service Delivery Manager
What is your new role about?
The position will be responsible to manage the OT Service Delivery team to ensure cost effective and fit-for-purpose OT services are provided to meet required service levels.
Your new role will include:
- Manage OT Service Delivery to meet required service levels.
- Manage the delivery of reactive and preventative maintenance of OT systems and assets.
- Develop and maintain the OT Service Strategy, in align with the OT Service Charter and OT Strategy.
- Provide transparency of OT Operations, Maintenance and Technical Support performance.
- Manage critical spares.
- Monitor OT assets, systems, and hardware and analyse performance to proactively resolve issues.
- Manage quality strategic vendor relationships.
- Ensure services comply with the OT Cyber Security strategy.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external rules and regulations.
- Manage staff, foster talent and drive productivity.
- Promote cross unit and division engagement and alignment.
- Promote continuous improvement, focusing on improved service quality, increased efficiency, or cost savings.
- A tertiary qualification in a Business, Technology or Engineering related field will be highly regarded.
- 7+ years' experience in OT Service Delivery.
- Experience in working in an operational environment, preferably within an electrical utility.
- Strong people management and communication skills (incl. communicating technical concepts to executive level management).
- Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.
- Experience in financial, resource and vendor / contract management.
