OT Service Delivery Manager
What is your new role about?
The position will be responsible to manage the OT Service Delivery team to ensure cost effective and fit-for-purpose OT services are provided to meet required service levels.
Your new role will include:

• Manage OT Service Delivery to meet required service levels.
• Manage the delivery of reactive and preventative maintenance of OT systems and assets.
• Develop and maintain the OT Service Strategy, in align with the OT Service Charter and OT Strategy.
• Provide transparency of OT Operations, Maintenance and Technical Support performance.
• Manage critical spares.
• Monitor OT assets, systems, and hardware and analyse performance to proactively resolve issues.
• Manage quality strategic vendor relationships.
• Ensure services comply with the OT Cyber Security strategy.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external rules and regulations.
• Manage staff, foster talent and drive productivity.
• Promote cross unit and division engagement and alignment.
• Promote continuous improvement, focusing on improved service quality, increased efficiency, or cost savings.

Our new OT Service Delivery Manager will have:

• A tertiary qualification in a Business, Technology or Engineering related field will be highly regarded.
• 7+ years' experience in OT Service Delivery.
• Experience in working in an operational environment, preferably within an electrical utility.
• Strong people management and communication skills (incl. communicating technical concepts to executive level management).
• Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.
• Experience in financial, resource and vendor / contract management.
