Outbound Coordinator

Our Marsden Park site is seeking an Outbound Coordinator to plan and manage inbound and outbound transport activities.This role is responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient operation, delivering exceptional customer service and sub-contractor management to ensure appropriate resources are available and utilized to meet demand. Key areas:

• Proactive management of customer relationship - booking orders through TMS
• Consolidate orders into load plans and coordinate resources with subcontractors
• Plan efficient timeslots for local, intra and interstate deliveries
• Adherence and audit all regulatory and Chain of Responsibility requirements
• Preparation of various reporting a KPI information
• Responsible for managing site OH&S policies & procedures ensuring compliance

Are you the one?The Outbound Coordinator is the key customer contact responsible for meeting the service expectations of our customer, and an exciting opportunity for development. You can demonstrate:

• Experience in a similar role within a transport operations or customer service environment
• An understanding of heavy vehicle safety and compliance
• Exposure to TMS or similar data entry software with a highly developed attention to detail
• Strong work ethic with a passion for industry and commitment to continuous improvement
• Experience using Excel and SAP will be highly regarded
• Ability to adapt to changing demands and pressures
