About the Role:
An exciting opportunity is presented to work within the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network as an Administration service Manager within the Allied Health Outpatients Department.
The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) Outpatient Department (OPD) Administration Services Manager is responsible for the management of patient access to outpatient appointment and procedural services. The role is responsible for operational efficiencies associated with NALHN and DHW Outpatient Waitlist and Service management.
The OPD Administration Services Manager is the primary contact for clinical and administrative staff on the operations of the unit and provides operational advice on the achievement of performance targets and national benchmarks.
Primary responsibilities of this role include the development and management of Administration OPD services within the Division including the identification and introduction of risk management initiatives. The OPD Administration Services Manager is responsible for the ongoing development of quality administrative systems and processes within the division to streamline service delivery.
The OPD Administration Services Manager is responsible for the provision of strategic planning advice, planning and services design initiatives to achieve OPD service delivery targets.
Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Criminal History Check.
