The newly created role:
- Operational management of 2 small homes located 5 minutes apart 10kms North of Adelaide’s CBD
- Hold full profit and loss responsibility; driving funding, managing costs, overseeing the roster and maximising resources to achieve financial targets
- Conduct audits and implement and support continuous improvement initiatives to achieve ongoing compliance with governing legislation
- Lead the implementation of any changes that will be required to adapt to the strengthened standards when they come into effect
- Manage, mentor and educate a stable team, maintaining a culture where staff are committed to empowering residents and delivering personalised care
- Ensure the delivery of superb customer service and assist in the management and monitoring of comments and complaints
- Develop productive relationships with external stakeholders and the community to achieve occupancy targets
- Be supported by 2 Care Managers, 2 Clinical Coordinators, Hospitality Manager and a hands on head office team

- Have time to settle into your role – compliant homes accredited until July 2025 & May 2027
- Stable teams with full rosters and great care minute ratings

- $130k - $140k + super + salary packaging
- Must be a Registered Nurse with successful track record as a Facility Manager in residential aged care
- A confident and approachable leader who guides their team by providing mentoring, support and clear standards
- Sound understanding of the aged care legislation and a proven track record helping a facility achieve accreditation
- Personable, superb customer service and interpersonal skills, and able to develop productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Passionate, innovative, solution oriented, results driven and committed to service excellence
