About the role:
As an assistant to 2 Owners Corporation Managers, your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Attend AGM's & committee meetings (no after hours)
- Record minutes at meetings
- Assist with preparation for meetings
- Prepare Owners Corporation Fee Notices & Statements as required
- Arrange maintenance with trades
- Preparation of reports & other documentation
- Handle general enquires
- Receipting of fees & monitor arrears
- Assist with the development & expansion of the company’s Owners Corporation management portfolio
Experience across any property discipline is considered! If you have worked in an administrative capacity in, we want to hear from you.
Skills and attributes sought include but not limited to:
- Previous administration experience an advantage.
- Certificate in Administration or Diploma of Business Administration an advantage.
- Experience with Word & Outlook essential.
- Excel would be an advantage but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills essential.
- Experience with Strata Master & Strata Connect an advantage
- A salary package commensurate with experience negotiable to $65k + super.
