About the Role:
In this role, you'll be supporting a remarkable and tech-savvy team of lawyers, including a Principal recognised on the Best Lawyers list. Engage in a fast-paced environment, working on a diverse range of property and litigation matters such as adverse possession, fence disputes, compulsory acquisitions, and owner's corporation issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting court documents with precision and attention to detail
- Producing basic correspondence efficiently
- Expertly managing diaries and schedules
- Effectively liaising with Clients, Barristers, and Courts
- Handling billing processes seamlessly
- Previous secretary experience in Property and/or Litigation
- High attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
- Positive and proactive attitude towards tasks and challenges
- Outstanding IT skills, essential for managing electronic files and thriving in our tech-savvy environment
- Ability to maintain excellent client relations, both internal and external
