My client is a small OC management firm who are on the lookout for an Admin assistant to come onboard and assist the General Manager with day-to-day OC tasks.
The Role:
The GM is down to earth, kind, and great to work with. My client will give support when needed and does not micro manage.
The GM would like to see this person in a Owners Corporation role within 6 to 12 months.
The salary on offer is $72,000 to $78,000 package
Location: Blackburn, Melbourne.

The Role:
- Assist with OC Management admin tasks.
- Communicating daily with several Owners Corporations, Contractors and Owners.
- Administration, data entry and document preparation, management reports
- Previous experience in an Assistant or Admin OC role (not essential)
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Advanced administration skills
