Job Description:
Our client is seeking a superstar Administrative Assistant who excels in multitasking and is proficient in handling various administrative tasks. This role offers the chance to work remotely, with the potential for one day per week in the office. The ideal candidate will have experience with Urbanise software and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- 1 – 2 years’ experience in Owners Corporation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with Urbanise software is essential
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
