The Opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual with exceptional organisational skills, to join our team as an Owners corporation assistant to handle the day-to-day administration tasks of the department. The successful candidate will be the engine room of the department and central hub of all the tasks, so needs to be able to prioritise quickly as well as a real people pleaser and loves interaction with clients.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support the Owners Corporation Managers with the day-to-day management of portfolios;
- Deal with owners and committees in the absence of the owners Corporation Manager;
- Customer Service - attend and engage with clients regarding queries (email/phone/in person).
- Undertake general administration duties related to the portfolio
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Day-to-day client interaction and problem-solving
- Issuing work orders and quotes

The successful candidate must have the following skills:
- Attention to detail
- Good time management skills and ability to multitask
- Excellent customer service skills, a real people’s person
- Work well in a team environment
- Be able to work unsupervised and meet deadlines.
- Strong administration and computer skills.
