Role Description
 
This is a full-time/hybrid role for a Paediatric Physiotherapist at Mini Marvels Therapy in Brisbane and Ipswich QLD. You will work in centre and provide mobile therapy if required. The successful candidate will be expected to assess, analyse, and treat children with a wide range of physical difficulties due to neurological causes. In addition, they will be responsible for educating and supporting families and caregivers as well as delivering creative and targeted therapy sessions. Some work from home will be considered.
 
Qualifications
 
A degree in Physiotherapy
Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Demonstrated experience providing paediatric physiotherapy services, including assessment, diagnosis and treatment planning, management, and evaluation, and interdisciplinary collaboration
Experience working with children with developmental and neurological conditions
Communication and interpersonal skills - can you have both a heart to heart and lighthearted conversation?
Organisational skills - can you manage your calendar and your time?
Team player - can you work collaboratively in a team? Can you lead and follow?
Demonstrated capacity to adapt to a range of clinical settings and work independently where required
Commitment to continuous professional development and learning - do you also nerd out over the brain?
Flexibility and willingness to learn and take on new challenges - we are not about recipe based therapy models
CPR certification
