We're looking for a dynamic, energetic and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our small private practice working across the eastern suburbs of Sydney.
Unlike many other private practices, we understand the struggle of finding the perfect balance. That pull of wanting to be challenged but not burnt out, working independently but having access to as much support as is needed, maintaining a solid work-life balance and of course, finding somewhere where the pay reflects your efforts.
We currently have a rare and exciting opportunity to join our growing mobile speech pathology practice in Sydney's eastern suburbs. We visit clients in their homes, at school, preschool and daycare where we provide assessment and intervention for a varied caseload.

- 1:1 clinical supervision and support
- Team meetings - including delicious lunches!
- Plenty of professional development opportunities - We encourage you to take time off work to attend workshops, conferences etc
- Access to a huge range of therapy materials and resources
- A friendly, supportive team environment
- A varied paediatric caseload
About the role:
- Depending on your preference, caseload may include speech, language, fluency (stuttering), literacy and pragmatic language
- Flexibility to work from 1-4 days based on preference.
- Option to work from home via telehealth services, to work around your life
- You will have the opportunity to build your own caseload, seeing clients in the fields that you are most passionate about
- Mobile based service
- Lots of flexibility
- Regular 1:1 supervision meetings, mentoring and support, ongoing professional development and training accessible
- Access to formal and informal assessments and treatments
- A lovely supportive team
