The Speech & OT Co. need you. We are a team of over 20 enthusiastic paediatric allied health professionals looking for the newest addition to our team.
We have TWO Speech Pathologist positions currently open:
- An intermediate to senior South East Speech Pathologist based in our Chelsea Heights clinic.
- An intermediate to senior North Speech Pathologist based in our Glenroy clinic.
About the role:
- Blended model of clinic-based and mobile therapy with a central base in either Chelsea Heights or Glenroy.
- Working with children up to 12 years old with a strength based, play based and affirming approach.
- Access to our EAP Program.
- Generous PD budget - $1500 per annum.
- A laptop and phone to help you stay connected on the road and with your families you service.
- Regular individual and group supervision and mentoring.
- A strong team culture who value you as a clinician and as a person.
- Monthly social gatherings and quarterly team days.
- Full administration and tech support.
To succeed, you will need:
- Graduate or post-graduate degree in Speech Pathology.
- Membership or eligibility of membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
- Current driver's licence and access to own reliable vehicle.
- Current Police Check and Working with Children's Check.

- Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to taking a neurodiversity affirming, strengths-based approach to supporting our children and their families.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team, as well as independently.
