About Ladybug House
Ladybug House is a clinician led paediatric allied healthcare practice.
With existing practices in Keilor East (Melbourne) and Mudgeeraba (Gold Coast), we are excited to be expanding to a new Brighton location in June 2024.
Co-located in an existing paediatric clinic, Ladybug House Brighton is a truly multidisciplinary clinical setting, with opportunities to work together with other paediatric specialists, including paediatricians, psychologists, dieticians, and OTs.
About the role
We are looking for passionate full-time or part-timeSpeech Pathologists to join our growing team of therapists. Your role will include:
- Seeing children between the age 0 to 9, with a diverse range of clinical presentations
- Building positive ongoing relationships with both children and their caregivers
- Liaise with our multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to care
- Complete assessments and standard reports
- Combination of in clinic and outreach visits to childcare and school settings

- Full administrative support: Our amazing Client Care Team takes care of all appointment setting, cancellations and administration, so you can focus your attention on our children and their families.
- Manageable caseload: All clinicians maintain a base caseload of 5 clients per day, with adjustments for alternative responsibilities. Full on-site clinic appointments or a hybrid mix of clinic and school or community outreach - The choice is yours!
- Supervision: All team members receive 1:1 supervision on a weekly or fortnightly basis, depending on needs
- Resources: Our new clinic will have extensive, brand-new assessment & therapy resources to help support your practice. You get to choose what we buy!

About you
You have a desire to work within a multidisciplinary paediatric healthcare setting and enjoy being part of a team environment. You are empathetic, show initiative and have a strong focus on providing solutions for your patients.
Most of all, you’re passionate about providing excellent and compassionate care to children and their families.
You have:
- Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology
- Registration with Speech Pathology Australia
- Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Permanent Australian working rights
