About your new role
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our executive team and ensuring the smooth operation of the business. You will have the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, providing administrative assistance, managing schedules, and facilitating communication to help drive the organization’s success.
Responsibilities include:
- Conveying information to internal and external stakeholders including liaison with senior levels of government and agencies
- Coordinate follow up action using discretion, initiative and confidentiality to enable highly sensitive matters to be dealt with appropriately
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Conducting research and compiling data as needed for various projects
- Managing the executive team's calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Previous experience in executive support in a corporate environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with tact and discretion
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
- Professional demeanor and ability to interact with individuals at all levels
