About Us
We are a dynamic, forward-thinking tech/ drone company based in Melbourne which is fast becoming Australia’s preferred drone services provider.
In 2020 we successfully launched an online education and training platform which is growing exponentially with a global reach.
We are looking for the right person to take these online courses and turn it into a world leader in the online drone training space and manage the funnel, advertising, and content curriculum with the team. This is a hands-on role, so you must be ready to roll up your sleeves!
The Opportunity
We are looking for someone who is results-driven with a strategic mind to champion the academy and drive sales through online advertising, and content marketing.
The role is a 6 month contract to begin, with a full-time opportunity available to the right candidate and based on performance over the contract period should they wish. (Negotiable)
The role has 5 key responsibilities:
- Drive online sales through advertising, email campaigns & sales funnels
- Strategically conceptualise, create and deliver curriculum course content
- Website management, landing page maintenance & general up-keep
- Digital advertising coordination (Facebook & Youtube ads)
- Weekly reporting/ KPIs
Responsibilities
- Develop & maintain course content for the academy (Teachable)
- Content writing and scripting
- Weekly reporting on sales, analytics from all traffic sources
- Manage the marketing budget on Google (Youtube) & Facebook
- Create & send EDMs (Mailchimp) – Manage audiences, subscribers, and execute end-to-end campaigns.
- Analysing sales & weekly reporting – Google analytics & Facebook metrics
- Continuously improve ROAS
- Develop and execute the growth plan/ sales funnels.
- General customer service and community engagement – Web queries, feedback.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years in a similar role
- Experience with running & managing facebook & youtube advertising
- Familiarity with online training platforms and LMS ie. Teachable, Kajabi etc
- Vast experience with Google Analytics, AdWords, email marketing platforms, social platforms and scheduling tools
- Experience in Marketing & producing training content into online courses
- Marketing or similar degree or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with drones/ photography/ tech – favourable!
- Knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite, Wordpress etc.
- Basic design knowledge and skills
