It provides a wide range of repair services under one roof, including a mechanical section, with efficient process management and smart new facilities. The site is brand new and fully equipped, with two spray booths and two Car-O-Liners systems. The team is 20-strong and growing, with a great team culture.
The OpportunityWe have an exciting opportunity for a Paint Shop Team Leader to join the team at Gemini Rockhampton.
Are you a Trade Qualified Painter looking to advance your career into management? You will support guide and mentor our team of painters, preppers and apprentices to improve quality and efficiency on the workshop floor.
Working in a dynamic environment, you will be able to work autonomously, and you will take pride in delivering high quality work for our customers. Effective communication a must.
Permanent position, Monday to Friday. 7.30am - 4.30pm.

Role responsibilities- Complete paint jobs in accordance with processes and procedures
- Sign off on the final colour, including minor colour adjustments to deliver a high-quality paint finish for the customer
- Maintain spray booths, equipment, and robots daily
- Any adhoc duties as directed by leadership
Does this sound like you?
- Be a Trade Qualified Spray Painter (essential)
- Have experience in the Collision Repair industry (essential)
- Have full Australian Working rights and valid driver's licence.
