CSF is looking for experienced Industrial Painters to work in our Cairns Coatings division (CSF Coatings).
WHAT IS ON OFFER:

- This a local position to Cairns, no travel required and is not a FIFO role

We are looking for the following talents:
- Cert III in surface preparation & coating or equivalent desirable
- 3 years relevant experience desirable
- A strong attention to detail
- Exceptional commitment to safety policies and procedures
- Dedicated and enthusiastic
- Keen to learn with a willingness for self-improvement
- The ability to work autonomously
- Able to work to deadlines and remain calm under pressure
Your duties will include:
- Industrial Spraying
- Steel/Paint preparation
- General set up and clean up
- Supervise and apply all types of protective coatings
- Stack and pack finished products
- Assist with the setting and troubleshooting of painting equipment
- Quality control checks
- Aid in the mentoring and coaching of the coating team
