A well established law firm, with a strong focus on the community, are looking for a like minded Paralegal to join their star team.

An exciting opportunity to join a well established Law Firm based in the Melbourne CBD. You will be a pivotal member providing integral support across various legal domains. This multifaceted role extends beyond traditional corporate and commercial law, offering exposure to wills and estates, property law, and dispute resolution. You'll be instrumental in trial preparation, meticulous organisation of court documents, legal research, and precedent establishment.
Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive trial preparation and organisation of court documents
• Conducting in-depth legal research across diverse legal areas
• Supporting lawyers in wills and estates matters, property law, and commercial litigation
• Management of corporate compliance documentation and property transactions
• Assisting with probate and estate administration files
• Collaborating closely with Principals and Lawyers on trial preparation and dispute resolution
• Establishing and maintaining a suite of legal precedents

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Paralegal or previous support in an assistant role will be considered
• Strong interest in broadening skills in corporate and commercial law
• Excellent communication, organisational, and research skills
• Ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines, and prioritise tasks effectively
• Positive, empathetic, and client-focused approach
