The role will involve processing and managing claims end-to-end efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution, liaising with clients by providing information on the firm's services, gathering and processing information and documents from clients, and assisting with hearing loss-related legal matters and documents.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude
- Previous experience in customer service and administration - ideally in claims management or paralegal role
- Strong organisation and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
- Excellent computer literacy skills
