Legal Assistant/Paralegal
We are seeking a candidate ideally with legal experience, although experience in a related professional field will also be considered favorably.
The Ideal Candidate will:

- Be committed to ongoing training and professional development as required.
- Fluency in spoken Arabic is essential.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling phone calls, emails, and directing inquiries.
- Managing appointments and calendars.
- Handling mail and trust accounting.
- Performing photocopying, scanning, preparing legal briefs, and archiving files.
- Engaging in professional client communication and assisting clients.
- Assisting and taking instructions from the Director and Solicitors.
- Undertaking other general office duties and legal tasks as necessary.
The Role
This position begins as casual with full-time hours, though part-time arrangements of minimum 3 days per week will be considered. Successful performance offers potential for a permanent full-time position.
You will have the valuable opportunity to learn directly from and work alongside the firm's director and accredited specialists. This role offers exposure to diverse areas of law within a single practice, providing a platform for professional growth and development.
Salary will be commensurate with the Legal Services Award and negotiable based on your experience and qualifications.
