This family-run company is looking for someone who is not only proficient in administrative tasks but is also pursuing a Cert 3 in Childcare or possesses equivalent early childhood qualifications. Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Ensure the efficient operation of the office and maintain outstanding record-keeping practices.
- Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and ease.
- Manage business documentation proficiently using MS Word and Excel.
- Support the financial side of the business, including banking and handling receipts and account reconciliations.
- Prepare staff timesheets and undertake various administrative tasks as required.
We’re Looking For Someone With:
- Excellent interpersonal and top-notch organizational skills.
- A high level of proficiency in MS Office, MYOB (or similar accounting software), and online banking.
- An energetic approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Active enrollment in or completion of a Cert 3 in Childcare or equivalent early childhood education qualifications.
