This role offers the autonomy to set your own session rates while providing access to a fully-equipped treatment room within our facility's desirable Noosa junction location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering high-quality Allied Health services to clients, addressing a range of physical and mental health needs.
• Conducting thorough assessments and developing tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Implementing evidence-based interventions and therapeutic techniques to support clients in achieving their health and wellness goals.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals within the facility to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.
• Participating in ongoing professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Full registration and relevant accreditation with the appropriate governing body for your Allied Health profession (e.g., AHPRA, ACA, AASW, etc.).
• Demonstrated experience and expertise in your specific Allied Health discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice, ethical conduct, and ongoing professional development.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
