Position: Part-time Allied Health Receptionist
Location: Cleveland, QLD
Experience: Allied Health or Customer service and retail experience preferred
Remuneration: Podiatry businesses are governed by the Health Professionals and Support Services Award. This role will be remunerated commensurate with experience and in consultation with the award.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking a friendly part-time Allied Health Receptionist to join our Podiatry clinic team. We expect that our staff are enthusiastic and driven in their thirst for knowledge and development. The role is ideally suited to someone with a "can do" attitude, a willingness to learn new things and someone who is process driven. There are endless development opportunities for the right person!
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Delivery of exceptional customer experience to patients
- Fielding of inbound calls and patient bookings
- Open and closing the clinic
- Patient billing and receipting
- Sterilisation of medical instruments
- Completing daily banking reporting
- Inventory management
- Preparation of letters, managing mail and other documents including patient files

Who should apply?

Ideally, we'd like someone with Allied Health or medical reception experience, but a positive attitude is by far the most important! - Monday to Saturday availability is highly desirable
- Self-motivated and enjoy contributing to a team environment
- Previous experience within the Allied Health reception and patient care would be advantageous.
