Part-Time Archivist

Working within a small community-based organisation located in Melbourne's CBD, we are looking for an experienced Archivist to join on a 2 days per week, 12 month fixed term contract. This role would suit someone who is after flexible working hours for 2 days or 15 hours of work per week. The role

Working through a backlog of archiving as well as any new request that come through Maintain efficient record processing systems Maintain both temporary and permanent record storage Maintain suitable storage and computerisation of the collection (using InMagic DBTextWorks Software) Provide regular progress reports to higher leadership The right candidate Will have previous experience as an archiver - ideally 3 years
