Startdate: ASAPWorking within a small community-based organisation located in Melbourne's CBD, we are looking for an experienced Archivist to join on a 2 days per week, 12 month fixed term contract.This role would suit someone who is after flexible working hours for 2 days or 15 hours of work per week.The role

• Working through a backlog of archiving as well as any new request that come through
• Maintain efficient record processing systems
• Maintain both temporary and permanent record storage
• Maintain suitable storage and computerisation of the collection (using InMagic DBTextWorks Software)
• Provide regular progress reports to higher leadership

The right candidate

• Will have previous experience as an archiver - ideally 3+ years
• Have good work ethic and be able to work independently
• Be able to work in the office in the city over the 15 hour period
