OVERVIEW; We're looking for a part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly motivated with at least 1 years of bookkeeping experience. With:
Problem solving ability
Excellent time management
Ability to learn quickly and effectively
Key Responsibilities:
Expense reports
Track fixed asset spending
Accounts Receivable, collections
Produce monthly Invoice statements
Prepare and maintain employee time sheets
Process payroll and expense reimbursements
Bank account reconciliations, and credit cards
Additional Requirements:
Self-starter with lots of initiative
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communications and organization skills
Professional manner and commitment to customer service
